For some time'past the Establishment Division have been considering the publication of a Civil List of all Class I Officers of the Central Government. -Last a Statistical Section was created-in the Establishment Division and one of the first tasks was to compile the present list. This List is based on data furnished by the various Ministries/Divisions and consists of two parts. Part-I contains particulars of officers serving under the various Ministries/Divisions and their Attached/Subordinate Offices, while^ Part-II contains seniority lists, of all regularly constituted ‘ Services Efforts, have been made to include as much useful information as possible but any suggestions for further improvement will be &most welcome.
