For some time'past the Establishment Division have been considering the publication of a Civil List of all Class I Officers of the Central Government. -Last a Statistical Section was created-in the Establishment Division and one of the first tasks was to compile the present list. This List is based on data furnished by the various Ministries/Divisions and consists of two parts.
